The United Nations has expressed concern over violence in Sri Lanka as the death toll continues to rise, with a doctor working in the country's so-called safe zone saying at least 47 people died on Tuesday when his hospital was attacked.<br /><br />Tamil Tiger rebels blamed the government but the army denied the claim.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's John Terrett reports on the United Nations' growing concerns for those those trapped between the two sides.
