In Kyrgyzstan, tensions continue to rise as Kurmanbeck Bakiyev, the ousted president, refuses to resign. <br /><br />Bakiyev has been consolidating support in his hometown of Teyit, in the south of the country.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Robin Forestier-Walker met up with the deposed president and found him in a defiant mood.
