Former Panamanian dictator Manuel Noriega has been extradited from the US to France, where he is expected to answer to fresh money laundering charges.<br /><br />His extradition is just the latest chapter in the legal troubles for the former CIA informant.<br /><br />He has already spent two decades in a US prison on drug trafficking and other charges.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Paul Werdel reports.
