A new video from Colombia appears to show the leader of the country's largest rebel group strongly criticising Juan Manuel Santos, the new, incoming president.<br /><br />Al Jazeera obtained the video, which we cannot verify, showing Guillermo Leon Vargas - better known as Alfonso Cano - the leader of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia. <br /><br />He spoke about the recent presidential elections, the government's policies and delivered a message on what Santos should do in the future. <br /><br />[July 30, 2010]
