ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />STORY: Cameron Diaz talked about the uncomfortable undergarments she had to wear for her role as a pregnant mother at the "What to Expect When You're Expecting" premiere in Los Angeles on Monday (May 14).<br/> <br />The film, adapted from the non-fiction New York Times bestseller of the same name, revolves around five couples dealing with pregnancy and adoption to humorous and heartfelt results.<br/> <br />Diaz, who co-stars with Matthew Morrison, portrays a TV fitness guru adjusting to the stress of her changing body. She said that the stuffed bras she had to wear for the film were "not so fresh."<br/> <br />"Those cutlets are like plastic and rubbery," Diaz said. "It gets swampy in there. It's not sexy."<br/> <br />"What to Expect When You're Expecting" opens in theaters May 18.
