Muhammadu Buhari, the defeated candidate in Nigeria's presidential race, has slammed the elections saying they were "rigged" despite observers declaring the vote "free and fair".<br /><br />Meanwhile, about 40,000 people have been displaced by the violence that followed the poll on April 16.<br /><br />A human rights groups says more than 200 people have been killed since.<br /><br />And there is fear that the situation may get worse, as Al Jazeera's Caroline Malone reports.
