Syrians in a refugee camp on the Syria-Turkey border celebrated, after a rumour circulated that President Bashar al-Assad had stepped down. <br /><br />People waved and gathered in a victory lap around the camp, before finding out the rumour was false. <br /><br />Turkey has since covered the fence seperating the two countries with blue plastic sheets to block visibility of the goings-on in the camp. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Anita McNaught reports from Yayladagi, in Turkey - on the perimeter of the Syrian refugee camp.
