The Venezuelan government says it is postponing a Latin American summit because of the poor health of President Hugo Chavez. <br /><br />Chavez is recovering in Cuba after surgery earlier this month.<br /><br />However, it is not clear just how ill he really is.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Mariana Sanchez reports.
