A crackdown in Syria appears to be continuing despite the start of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.<br /><br />Human rights groups say at least 142 people were killed across the country on Sunday.<br /><br />On Monday, there was a renewed assault by government forces on the town of Deir Az-zor.<br /><br />But the city Hama bore the brunt - as Caroline Malone reports, using footage from opposition activists.
