Despite the deployment of thousands of troops throughout Mexico, the country continues to be plagued by drug related violence. <br />In Ciudad Juarez - on the border with the US - the body count is continues to rise. <br />Thousands of Mexican soldiers have been deployed to the city to assist local police. <br /><br />And although they are frequently outgunned by drug cartels<br />the army says they are having an impact as Franc Contreras reports.
