Severe cold weather conditions across Europe have caused mass flight cancellations, leaving Christmas travellers stranded. <br /><br />Easyjet is the latest airline to ground planes, cancelling around 180 flights, while Ryaniar grounded another 65. <br /><br />Many airports have closed due to icy runways and heavy snow across the Continent. <br /><br />Trains have also been affected, although the Eurostar rail service between Britain and France has resumed, after a three-day suspension.<br /><br />Rory Challands reports.
