ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION<br/> <br />STORY: At least 33 people were injured when a freight train hit a commuter train in Brazil's business capital Sao Paulo on Wednesday, officials said.<br/> <br />The causes of the crash were still being investigated, but the transportation company blamed a system failure for the accident.<br/> <br />The crash took place in one of the city's busiest metro lines which carries some one million passengers everyday.<br/> <br />Witnesses said the freight train was moving at low speed when it hit the passenger train that had stopped at a station.<br/> <br />The incident raises questions about Brazil's overall precarious transportation system as it prepares to host the World Cup in 2014 and the Olympic Games two years later.
