Eurozone finance ministers are gathering in Brussels amid talk of an EU "survival crisis".<br /><br />The EU also announced it will send a mission to Ireland, in a move that echoes the financial rescue of Greece.<br /><br />The Irish government says it welcomes any efforts to shore up its troubled banking sector, but it's still insisting it does not need a bailout.
