With the government barely functioning, Zimbabwe's cholera epidemic continues to claim thousands of lives.<br /><br />More than 4,000 people have died from the disease since the outbreak began last August.<br /><br />Widespread water shortages and the collapse of the health system have made matters worse.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Haru Mutasa reports from Harare.
