Pakistan's government has earmarked $620m to help those displaced by fighting in the country's Swat valley.<br /><br />But in Islamabad, the country's capital, hundreds of the displaced say they have yet to receive any assistance at all.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's James Bays reports.
