In the United States, adoptions of foreign-born children are coming under greater scrutiny.<br /><br />Many of the children have been traumatised or negelected, but despite their new surroundings, some suffer ongoing emotional and psychological problems.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Rob Reynolds traveled to a ranch in the state of Montana where he met dozens of children working to put their troubled past behind them.
