G20 leaders from the world's 20 biggest economies have pledged a crackdown on tax havens as part of the fight to save the global financial system.<br /><br />Just a few months ago they vowed to blacklist the worst offenders, but one of the world's wealthiest tax havens has managed to avoid any uncomfortable scrutiny. <br /><br />In the third of his special reports, Hamish Macdonald travelled to Jersey, in the Channel Islands.
