(ROUGH CUT ONLY- NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />A massive fire breaks out at a prominent bank in the heart of New Delhi, trapping dozens of people including bank officials and customers inside the multi-storied building.<br/> <br />The fire leapt through a major part of the building before fire fighters could reach the spot, located in the prestigious business district of the Indian capital.<br/> <br />Firemen managed to rescue several of those trapped with their fire cranes, while others were looking out of the building windows, waiting to be rescued.<br/> <br />Some of the witnesses said dense smoke was preventing those trapped inside the building from escaping to safety.
