A senior official in the Palestinian Fatah movement has accused the party's leaders of abusing their positions and pocketing party cash for themselves.<br /><br />Farouk Kaddoumi made the accusation as Fatah met in the West Bank town of Bethlehem for its first conference in 20 years.<br /><br />But as Al Jazeera's Nour Odeh reports, the conference was dominated by infighting and controversy.
