Much-needed aid is beginning to reach some of those affected by last week's earthquake.<br /><br />But for some people in the more remote areas outside the main city of Padang, the aid is not coming fast enough. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Step Vaessen reports from one such village where survivors have forked out their own money to get food supplies instead of waiting for help to arrive.
