Have you ever felt like you're choosing something but it's not really what you want to choose?<br /><br />One of the greatest tools to unlocking us from the matrix of discomfort and limitations is to transcend technique and get into a space of balance and wholeness on all levels. True healing will change a person's life and inner motivation and can only happen when the soul is involved in the healing process. For this reason, many treatments do not last. True healing involves change, adjustment and reorientation from within. It calls upon the person to make decisions from within for what the soul wants rather than what the personality desires.<br /><br />In order to be skillful in the art of facilitating wellness we must understand the dynamic nature of healing and dis-ease as it occurs on all levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. As facilitators of wellness we must reflect upon and take stock of where we stand in terms of our own personal wellness.
