The rising price of oil has led the Philippines to look for alternative fuel sources.<br /><br />It is only 10 per cent dependent on oil for generating electricity, but almost totally reliant on petrol and diesel for transport.<br /><br />Now the government is pushing to change that.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Marga Ortigas reports from the capital Manila.
