Top diplomats from more than 40 countries are meeting in Turkey to discuss the five month long crisis in Libya.<br /><br />In the fourth meeting of the so the so-called "Libyan Contact Group," delegates are focusing on how to get more money to the Libyan opposition who are in dire need of urgent funding.<br /><br />As Al Jazeera's Anita McNaught reports from Benghazi, an economic crisis looms over eastern Libya.
