It has been 10 years since the US military opened the Guantanamo Bay prison camp and despite President Barack Obama's promise to close it - it is still home to 171 detainees.<br /><br />One of them is Canadian Omar Khadr, the only Western prisoner who has not yet been returned to his home country.<br /><br />Al Jazeera spoke to his sister, who is campaigning for his release.<br /><br />Cath Turner reports from Toronto, Canada.
