A US teenager has become the youngest person to climb the highest mountain on all seven of the world's continents.<br /><br />Jordan Romero, 15, completed his six-year mission by climbing Antarctica's Vinson Massif.<br /><br />Now he is encouraging other young people to follow his healthy and active lifestyle.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Bhanu Bhatnagar reports.
