Dozens of prominent politicians, rabbis and officials have been arrested in the US state of New Jersey as part of a corruption inquiry.<br /><br />Their alleged crimes range from trafficking human organs to selling fake designer handbags as well as money laundering involving millions of dollars.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Bernard Smith reports.
