Rene Preval, Haiti's president, has been criticised for a lack of leadership since the January 12 earthquake struck Haiti, leaving more than 230,000 people dead.<br /><br />Preval is to address the International Donors Conference on Wednesday, where more than 100 countries will meet at the United Nations to develop a long-term plan for Haiti's reconstruction.<br /><br />He tells Al Jazeera's Rob Reynolds that the recovery strategy for Haiti should focus on the entire country.
