At least 17 people have been killed in a coal mine explosion in northwestern Colombia. <br /><br />Rescuers are working to reach dozens of miners who are trapped as deep as 150 metres at the San Fernando Mine.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Teresa Bo reports from the site in Amaga.
