Mexican authorities say their redoubled efforts to stem drug violence in Veracruz is proving to be a success.<br /><br />They claim they have captured gunmen responsible for killing dozens of people in eastern state of Veracruz.<br /><br />The police say the suspects are members of the New Generation Gang which is battling for control from the Zetas drug cartel.<br /><br />But uncertainty remains over whether this crackdown will instill fear in any gangs of law enforcement.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Adam Raney reports from the eastern Mexican city of Veracruz.
