Workers in Venezuela celebrating May Day have been hearing about proposals to cut their working hours and improve their benefits.<br /><br />President Hugo Chavez announced a series of workplace reforms just before he flew to Cuba for more cancer treatment.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Adam Raney reports from Caracas.
