Doctors Without Borders has told Al Jazeera the lack of access into Syria is worse than it faced in Afghanistan or Somalia.<br /><br />The group is just one of several relief groups which say they have been banned from entering Syria.<br /><br />Attempts by the UN World Food programme to deliver aid to up to half a million people are on hold since the government wants to control the logistics of the operation.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Laurence Lee reports.
