Police cordon off the centre of Finnish village Hyvinkaa following a shooting rampage that has left two dead.<br/> <br />Officials say a gunman opened fire from a rooftop, killing a pair of 18-year-olds and wounding several others.<br/> <br />Police arrested a young man wearing camoflauge in connection with the shooting.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Finnish) DETECTIVE INSPECTOR MARKKU TUOMINEN, SAYING:<br/> <br />"The background of the perpetrator is almost clean. There is hardly any information about him in the police files. He is an 18 year-old young man.
