The US has passed a bill that will free up trade restrictions on goods into the country specifically from Pakistan's North West Frontier province.<br /><br />Barack Obama, the US president, hopes that more trade access for Pakistani goods such as cotton will create more jobs and prevent people there from supporting the Taliban.<br /><br />But critics say the bill changes nothing and US textile manufacturers are fighting it, saying it will cost US jobs.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Imran Khan reports.
