When Obama signed the executive order to close Guantanamo, he also set up three seperate committees to help with the task.<br /><br />One is responsible for reviewing the case of every remaining detainee at the prison, and while those efforts continue, the other two committees have missed their deadline.<br /><br />As Al Jazeera's Clayton Swisher reports, the camp's closure is an issue fraught with challenges.
