The United Nations Security Council has condemned Syria's government over Friday's killings in Houla. <br /><br />It said its use of tanks and shells was a violation of international law.<br /><br />But it didn't directly blame the government for the deaths of more than a hundred men, women and children.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Kristen Saloomey reports from the UN in New York.
