Thailand's prime minister has declared the economic slump almost over with the economy expected to show positive growth by the end of the year.<br /><br />But that recovery is not being felt in the slums of Bangkok, where government help is not reaching many of those in need.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Aela Callan reports.
