Rescue teams in Taiwan have reached isolated villages on the fourth day of a massive relief effort to help the victims of Typhoon Morakot.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Steve Chao reports from the village of Hsiao Lin, completely flattened by mudslides, in the island's south.
