A number of high-profile murders in Argentina commited by teenagers has led politicians to consider changing the law, so as to allow minors to be charged as adults.<br /><br />But human rights activists say this wouldn't address the underlying causes of the crimes: crippling poverty and economic unequality.<br /><br />Teresa Bo reports from Buenos Aires.
