The US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is alleged to have infiltrated several mosques across the country in the hope of finding Muslims who are planning attacks.<br /><br />Al Jazeera spoke with an ex-convict who claims the FBI assigned him to spy on Muslims in the state of California.<br /><br />Some Muslims there say he went even further - trying to encourage them to commit attacks.
