At least 37 have been killed in a fire at a drug rehabilitation centre in Kazakhstan.<br /><br />The government has ruled out the possibility of arson, but suspicions were raised over the incident at the centre, which apparently has a history of safety violations. <br /><br />Robin Forestier-Walker reports from Taldykorgan.
