Peace in the Middle East will be just one of several pressing issues for Barack Obama in this week.<br /><br />The US president will take centre stage with other world leaders at the United Nations General Assembly and the G20 summit in the US state of Pennsylvania.<br /><br />He is also trying to push through a number of domestic policies and has launched an unprecedented media offensive in a bid to get his messages across to the American public.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Cath Turner reports.
