Pakistan's army and its intelligence service, the ISI, have long been accused of supporting armed groups fighting in Afghanistan.<br /><br />The latest warning was from America's senior commander in the region General Stanley McChrystal who said "Afghanistan's insurgency is clearly supported from Pakistan".<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Zeina Khodr in Afghanistan reports.
