More than two weeks after major floods submerged large areas of the northern Philippines, residents are faced with the daunting task of cleaning up. <br /><br />In the capital, Manila, thousands of tonnes of debris still cover the streets. <br /><br />As Al Jazeera's Marga Ortigas reports, even though city workers are working around the clock, it will likely take months before the city begins to return to life as normal before the floods.
