Radovan Karadzic, the former Bosnian Serb leader, has said he will boycott the start of his trial at the Yugoslav war crimes tribunal in The Hague. <br /><br />He has said the trial is a "rush to justice", and he needs more time to prepare his defence.<br /><br />Karadzic is accused of genocide and crimes against humanity during the Bosnian war. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Tim Friend reports.
