Qatar is mourning the dead of 19 people, including 13 small children who died in a fire at a major shopping mall and entertainment complex in the capital Doha, as questions are raised about building safety in the Gulf state.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Tarek Bazley was in the shopping centre with his two children when the fire broke out, but they escaped unharmed.
