Parts of the Philippines, including the capital Manila, are still suffering from the effects of a series of deadly storms that have killed at least 1,000 people over the past three months.<br /><br />More than seven million others have been displaced and hundreds of thousands still remain in evacuation centres.<br /><br />As the clean-up continues, the government has launched a resettlement programme for survivors who have lost their homes - but many of the victims say they have been left out.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Divya Gopalan reports.
