At least 74 people are reported to have been killed and hundreds more injured in a series of bombings and armed attacks across Iraq in one of the deadliest waves of violence this year.<br /><br />There are fears of more attacks as the political crisis over the formation of a new government continues.<br /><br />Mike Hanna reports from Baghdad.
