Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the Iranian president, is beginning a tour of South American in Venezuela.<br /><br />Ahmadinejad's visit comes amid rising tensions between Iran, the European Union and the UN over sanctions placed on Tehran as a result of recent reports about its nuclear programme.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Adam Raney travelled to Caracas and asked Venezuelans, as well as experts on the region, what they make of the Iranian president's fourth official visit to the nation.
