Haitian officials have said that more than a dozen people across the country have been killed in floods and mudslides in recent days following heavy rains.<br /><br />There are fears of more deaths if new lakes created by landslides triggered by January's quake burst their banks.<br /><br />The landslides had formed dams holding back rivers in the hills but rising river levels are now threatening thousands of people who live downstream.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Steve Chao reports from the town of Grand Goave.
