The leader of the Taliban in Kabul has told Al Jazeera that French troops are trying to pay his men to stop attacking them.<br /><br />Saif-Allah Jalili says he is also receiving Nato weapons that were supplied to groups who were meant to be fighting him.<br /><br />David Chater reports.
